HeadStrong Brain Training Science
Dr Goldberg, HeadStrong neuroscience advisor, compiled 15 years of his neurological research and found that cognitive exercise could strengthen and boost brain function.
He applied his scientific knowledge into clinical practice and found that brain exercise could be used to achieve substantial improvements across a broad range of cognitive functions, including memory, attention, language, and problem solving. The HeadStrong Cognitive Fitness Centre was started.
Since then there have been a number of studies confirming that stimulating brain activity keeps the brain healthy. One of the latest 2007 research projects from the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Centre confirmed that regular mental activity can protect the brain against degenerative illnesses like dementia.
HeadStrong Cognitive Fitness is conducting further research and will publish its own study soon.
