How does HeadStrong address neuroplasticity?

Headstrong Cognitive Fitness addresses neuroplasticity through its programme of cognitive exercises.  The exercises have been specifically designed to target the common cognitive difficulties associated with aging such as poor memory, slowed information processing, reduced problem solving and communication difficulties.  The exercises will stimulate and challenge the neural pathways and brain systems associated with those functions, and facillitate changes in the brain.  Research indicates that the brain requires a lot of practice and challenging demands to make and refine new neural pathways.  Consequently the HeadStrong exercises have been designed to be used repetitively and become increasingly difficult.
