What scientific support does the company and its programs have?

There is increasing scientific support that cognitive exercise increases function and that the adult human brain has the capacity  for neuroplasticity - to change, make new connections and pathways.  Longitudinal research also indicates that cognitive exercises and appropriate health behaviours can determine not only how a person ages, but also their risk of developing dementia.

HeadStrong has conducted its own internal research which indicates that its clients also report positive changes and improved quality of life following the HeadStrong Clinic programme, which is now available on line through the website.   HeadStrong is committed to conducting further empirical investigation and is developing research projects with several University research teams.
